If you are indeed are a viable candidate to have this treatment, the next step is to extract any damaged teeth and to prepare the area where the four strategically placed titanium posts will be surgically placed into your jawbone. Titanium is the only metal that naturally integrates with the bone.
We will administer a local anesthetic to place the posts. We can offer a variety of sedation options, which include oral sedation, nitrous oxide, and intravenous sedation. We will discuss what option you prefer prior to your procedure.
