Advanced Dental Technology Loves Park

Modern Solutions for the Entire Family

When visiting Riverside Dental Center, you and your family will discover what it means to experience modern, comfortable, and superior dentistry. In addition to the comprehensive services provided in our Loves Park dental office, our dentists use the most advanced dental technologies on the market to transform, enhance, and safely repair smiles of all types and ages. As you learn more about the devices we use in-house below, please don’t hesitate to call our office if you have any questions.

Soft Tissue Laser

Whether it is treating advanced gum disease or creating a more even gumline, our Biolase soft tissue laser can deliver exceptional results every time. With its concentrated beam of light that provides optimal precision, diseased and/or excess tissues will be carefully removed. The fast-acting work of our laser ensures minimal bleeding and inflammation throughout the procedure, as well as immediate sterilization to reduce the chances of post-operative infection.

CT/Cone Beam Scanner

Since our dentists can perform dental implant placement and restoration in-house as well as other forms of oral surgery (i.e., root canals), you won’t need to worry about traveling elsewhere for treatment. Instead, we can use our Kavo OP3D CT/Cone Beam Scanner to plan your upcoming procedure. Offering high-resolution, three-dimensional imaging, our team can view areas of your head and mouth and develop a strategy to ensure successful, long-lasting results.

Digital Impressions

Lab technicians are tasked with creating customized dental restorations, so it’s important that they receive accurate impressions. This is why we’ve made the switch from messy dental putty to our Trios digital impression system. Using a handheld, pen-like scanner, our dentists can quickly take pictures of your teeth and bite to develop a 3D model that technicians can use to fabricate your new dental crown, dental bridge, veneers, dentures, and more.

Intraoral Camera

Our dentists want you to know exactly what is happening inside your mouth. It’s not enough to try and explain what we see; instead, we use the Mouthwatch intraoral camera – a unique device that scans your mouth and projects the images onto a nearby screen. While examining your smile, we can discuss any problem areas we discover along the way as well as explain why we might recommend certain treatments. This is the best method to educate you and your loved ones on the importance of good oral health and hygiene.
