Dr. Dimke says it’s a tremendous privilege to work in the community where he was born, raised, and currently lives. He uses his 20+ years of dental experience to take care of patients he considers to be friends and neighbors, utilizing his longstanding bonds with local families to deliver personalized care and comfortable visits for patients of all ages.
Why Did You Decide to Become a Dentist?

Dr. Dimke decided in high school that he wanted to become a dentist because of the relationship he had with his family dentist growing up. Their combination of kindness and skill left an impression on him, and he was inspired to walk the same path—the one he’s still on to this day.
Where Did You Study Dentistry?

After graduating from Knox College, Dr. Dimke went on to earn his dental degree from the Southern Illinois School of Dental Medicine. Since starting at Riverside Dental Center in 2005, he has completed countless hours of continuing education focused on all aspects of dentistry, including root canal treatment, dental implant surgery, and more. He is also an active member of the American Dental Association and Illinois State Dental Society.
Outside of the Dental Office, What Do You Like to Do?

Dr. Dimke and his wife, Jamie, have been married since 2003, and they have three children: Andrew, Avery, and Henry. An avid outdoorsman, he enjoys hunting, golfing, and says he can run a skid steer better than any other dentist you know!
