Your First Visit
When arriving at our dental office in Loves Park, a friendly front desk team member will greet you. After making sure all your paperwork is complete, we will notify our clinical staff that you are ready to be escorted to a treatment room. One of our hygienists will review your medical history and inquire about any surgeries or current medications.
You will then have digital, panoramic X-rays taken of your smile before one of our hygienists uses a Cavitron device to effectively remove plaque buildup from teeth. One of our four dentists will then come in to perform a dental exam and provide a diagnosis should any problems be evident. After discussing the proposed treatment plan with you, the hygienist will enter it into your chart before proceeding with the professional cleaning.
When finished, you will be escorted to the front desk, where you will meet with our treatment coordinator and discuss additional services that might be required.
Patient Forms
If you prefer a more seamless check-in process when arriving at our office, make sure you fill out all your necessary patient forms beforehand. When calling to schedule an appointment, we will make sure to send you a link that grants you access to these essential forms. By filling out the requested information in advance, you can expect to spend less time in our waiting area on the day of your visit.
